Popular actress Preity Zinta bought a residential apartment in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai by spending as much as Rs 17 crore. She has taken a flat on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Udyan Super Premium project, which is currently in the under construction stage. The flat, whose size is 1721 square feet, will also get two parking slots of 90 square feet each. At Rs. 1.15 lakh per square foot, they paid about Rs. 17 crore for the carpet area of 1474 square feet. It is heard that Rs 85 lakh was paid under stamp duty.
Meanwhile, this project is being constructed with 22 floors on about half an acre of land. Preity Zinta bought this property directly from the Rustomjee Group. Meanwhile, Bollywood producer Dinesh Vijan also bought a 7800 square feet luxury duplex apartment in the same tower for Rs. 103 crore.
