Several renowned educational institutions were established in the surroundings of Sagar Road many years ago. Near the Sagar Ring Road, there are well-developed areas like Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar, Nagole, Vanasthalipuram, and Hayathnagar that have progressed in all sectors.

LB Nagar Metro Station is just a short distance away, and Dilsukhnagar can be reached within 10 minutes. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, Gachibowli financial district, and many IT companies are reachable within 40 minutes from here. With the road leading to Nagarjuna Sagar as well as the Outer Ring Road nearby, connectivity is easily accessible to all.

For those who wish to have a home in areas with a pleasant environment close to the city, the regions near Sagar Ring Road can be considered a good option. Near Bongloor, flats start from around Rs 45 lakhs, and independent houses in the vicinity range from Rs 60 lakhs to Rs 1 crore. Given that the IT hub and Financial District are accessible within just 40 minutes, many middle-class buyers prefer to invest in homes along the Sagar Road corridor.
