Bollywood actor Jaideep Ahlawat has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai. Together with his wife Jyoti Hooda, he bought an apartment in Andheri West for Rs 10 crore. This property in Poorna Apartments has a carpet area of 1,950 square feet and a built-up area of 2,341 square feet. The registration was completed on the 22nd of last month. Along with the purchase, they also received four car parking spaces. They paid Rs 60 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fees.
Strategically located between major hubs in Mumbai, Andheri West has transformed into a powerful commercial and residential destination, combining modern office complexes, entertainment centres, and premium residential units.

Separately, in April, Bollywood playback singer Alka Yagnik and her daughter Syesha Kapoor purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 11.5 crore. This 2,297-square-foot unit is located in Oberoi Sky Heights in Andheri West.
Additionally, Bollywood music composer and singer Anu Malik and his wife Anju Malik previously sold two apartments in Mumbai’s Santa Cruz West area for Rs 14.49 crore.
