Bollywood star buys two properties in Mumbai
Bollywood actor Karthik Aryan is expanding his real estate portfolio. Not only is he excelling in acting, but he is also making strides in the real estate market. Amid reports that he has been paid Rs 50 crore for the upcoming movie produced by Karan Johar, Karthik has purchased two luxurious properties in Mumbai. One is a residential apartment, and the other is a commercial space. Previously, he had bought two apartments in Juhu worth Rs 17.5 crores. One of these flats has been rented out for Rs 4.5 lakh.
Recently, he bought a 2,000-square-foot commercial space in Andheri, located in Veer Desai. This office space is located in the same area. Following the advice and guidance of senior producer Anand Pandit, Karthik Aryan has made these investments. In the same Veer Desai area, several other Bollywood stars, including Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn, have purchased commercial spaces and rented them out. Now, Karthik Aryan is following in their footsteps. At the peak stage of his acting career, he is not only securing movie opportunities but is also making smart decisions in the real estate sector.
