- Purchased by Sun Pharma CMD’s wife Vibha Sanghvi
Vibha Sanghvi, wife of Sun Pharma CMD Dilip Sanghvi, has purchased two apartments in Mumbai’s Worli for Rs 135 crores. The combined carpet area of both apartments is 12,916 square feet. These purchases were made in the Naman Xana project, a sea-facing development by Naman Group. One apartment, located on the 21st floor, spans 6,458 square feet and was bought for Rs 65 crores. The second apartment, on the 29th floor with the same area, was also purchased for Rs 65 crores. This brings the price per square foot to Rs 1 lakh. Together, the two apartments include eight car parking spaces.
In the first week of December, the building made headlines when Nirav Parekh, Chairman of Barnes Lay Football Club, and his mother Kalpana Parekh, bought two apartments for Rs 170 crores. The Naman Xana project, located in the luxury hotspot of Worli, is a sea-facing development, close to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Mumbai Coastal Road, and facing the Arabian Sea.
