Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra’s family has rented out their bungalow in Pune’s Koregaon Park. Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, and brother, Siddharth Chopra, have leased their 4800 square foot bungalow for a monthly rent of Rs 2.25 lakh. Over a period of five years, the total rent expected to be earned is Rs 1.5 crore. The property has been leased to Logic MO Systems Private Limited. For this transaction, a stamp duty of Rs 39,000 and a registration fee of Rs 1,000 were paid on February 24.
Additionally, a security deposit of Rs 13.5 lakh has been paid, as per the documents. The lease agreement includes a 36-month lock-in period. The lease also specifies an annual rent increase of 5%. The rent will start at Rs 2.25 lakh per month and rise to Rs 2.73 lakh by the fifth year. Over the five-year lease period, the total rental income is estimated to be Rs 1.49 crore.

The Chopra family purchased this property in August 2017 for Rs 5.6 crore. On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra recently sold four luxury apartments in the Oberoi Sky Garden project in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 16.17 crore. As of December 2024, the average price per square foot in Koregaon Park is Rs 17,250. Koregaon Park, Pune, is one of the most in-demand areas, known for its greenery, upscale residential neighbourhoods, and the growing café culture. The area features heritage bungalows, modern apartments, and commercial outlets. Its proximity to key business districts like Kalyani Nagar and Pune Airport has made it an attractive location.
