Popular actor Vicky Kaushal has renewed the lease for his apartment. He has extended the lease for another three years at his luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu. The total rent for this renewal will amount to Rs 6.2 crores. The agreement was finalised in April. According to the agreement, the monthly rent for the first and second years of the new lease starting in January 2025 will be Rs 17.01 lakhs, with the rent increasing to Rs 17.86 lakhs in the final year.
The total rent payment over the three-year lease is estimated to be around Rs 6.2 crores. Initially, in July 2021, Kaushal had entered into a five-year lease agreement, with the monthly rent set at Rs 8 lakhs. In this new agreement, the rent has nearly doubled.

Juhu, one of the most prestigious and sought-after residential areas in Mumbai, is home to many Bollywood celebrities. The area is known for its beautiful beach, high-end restaurants, and proximity to business hubs like Andheri and Bandra. It also enjoys excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway and the Mumbai Metro network. Other Bollywood stars like Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, and Shakti Kapoor also own apartments in Juhu.
Kaushal’s leased apartment is located in the Raj Mahal, a ready-to-move residential project. The apartment spans 258.48 square meters (2,781.83 square feet) of carpet area. For this transaction, a stamp duty of Rs 1.69 lakh and a Rs 1,000 registration fee were paid. As part of the lease agreement, three car parking spaces are included, and Kaushal has paid a security deposit of Rs 1.75 crores.
