The city-based Jain Constructions has launched the gated community project titled Casa Waterside in Safilguda of Malkajgiri area of the city. The project is coming up on a 8.49-acre plot. As part of the project 520 luxury flats would be built using five acres of land. The starting price of the flat is put at Rs 81.5 lakh each, while the maximum cost would be Rs 1.9 crore. Vice-President of the Jain Constructions Subrat Chowdary said that the firm will never compromise on quality. So far, 240 flats were sold. All modern amenities are being provided to residents of the project. The luxury flats are priced at Rs 6000 per sft.
