Sanjeev Agarwal, the CEO of the pharmaceutical company Althera, bought these three luxury flats in the Raheja Modern Vivarea, located in South Mumbai, through K Raheja Corp.
The first apartment, covering 2,891 square feet with a 217 square foot balcony, was purchased on February 17 for Rs 26.42 crores. The second apartment, spanning 2,364 square feet, was also purchased on February 17 for Rs 20.09 crores, according to the documents. The third apartment, with an area of 2,873 square feet and a 217 square foot balcony, was purchased on May 22 of last year for Rs 26.14 crores.

In total, the three apartments cover an area of over 8,100 square feet, and the total cost of the purchase was Rs 72.65 crores in two stages. The documents also show that a stamp duty of approximately Rs 4.35 crores and a registration fee of Rs 90,000 were paid for these transactions. The agreement for the three apartments includes seven car parking spaces.
In the past three years, several high-net-worth individuals have also purchased luxury apartments in the Raheja Modern Vivarea in South Mumbai.
