Godrej Properties has made a significant impact in the Hyderabad real estate market with its first project in Kokapet, Godrej Madison Avenue. Kokapet, known as one of the most in-demand residential and commercial hubs in Hyderabad, has witnessed strong demand for premium residential developments.

In addition to this, Godrej Properties has also acquired 10 acres of land in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru, in March this year, for a project expected to generate an estimated Rs 2500 crore in revenue. The project will offer approximately 1.5 million square feet of development space, primarily for premium residential and high-street retail developments.
