Godrej Properties (GPL) which recently acquired 12.5 acre of land in Rajendra Nagar made another investment in Telangana by acquiring 3 acres of land in Kokapet, ORR junction close to Golden Mile Road.
Premium residential apartments are said to be developed in this land in a sealable area of 1.2 million square feet with a booking potential of Rs 1,300 crore.
With this transaction, the company has now acquired two pieces of land in Hyderabad, increasing the total potential booking value brought to the city to Rs 4,800 crore.
