An interesting development has occurred while Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan is renovating his heritage residence, Mannat. His wife, Gauri Khan, has sold a flat.
It has been revealed through property documents that a luxurious 2,000-square-foot flat in Dadar West was sold for Rs 11.61 crores. This transaction took place on March 28. The buyers, as per the documents, are Devendra Choukar (87.5% share) and Vandana Agarwal (12.5% share). This apartment is located on the 21st floor of the Kohinoor Altissimo (Kohinoor Square) project in Mumbai’s Dadar West. Kohinoor Altissimo is an upscale, gated community offering world-class living.
The project is part of a ready-to-move residential development by Kohinoor CTN Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The apartment comes with two car parking spaces. The price per square foot in the built-up area is Rs 58,507. Gauri Khan had purchased this apartment in August 2022 for Rs 8.5 crores. Since then, its value has increased by 37%, reaching Rs 11.61 crores.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is renovating their residence, Mannat. In this context, they have leased two luxurious duplex apartments in Pali Hill for a rent of Rs 8.67 crores for three years. The renovation of Mannat is estimated to take two years.
