Kajol sells flat for Rs. 3.1 crore

Bollywood actress Kajol has sold her 762 square feet apartment in the Heeranandani Gardens in Powai, Mumbai, for Rs 3.1 crores. The buyers of her apartment are Vrushali Rajneesh Rane and Rajneesh Vishwanath Rane. Kajol sells flat for Rs. 3.1 crore, The registration for the sale was completed on the 20th of this month. The apartment is located on the 21st floor of the Atlantis Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Powai’s Heeranandani Gardens. Along with the apartment, two car parking spaces are also included. According to RERA carpet area, the price per square foot is Rs 40,682.

Earlier this month, Kajol purchased a commercial property in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for Rs 28.78 crores. The property spans 4,365 square feet and is located in a building on Linking Road in Bangur Nagar. She acquired this retail space on the floor from Bharat Realty Ventures Private Limited.

Additionally, in 2023, Kajol bought office space in Mumbai for Rs 7.64 crores. This office space, covering 194.67 square meters of RERA carpet area, is located in the Signature building on Veer Desai Road, Oshiwara, Andheri West. That same year, she also purchased an apartment in Mumbai for Rs 16.50 crores from Bharat Realty Ventures Private Limited.
