Team India cricketer Suryakumar Yadav has purchased two luxury flats in Mumbai. He bought the flats along with his wife Devisha Yadav in the Godrej Sky Terrace in the Deonar area of Mumbai for Rs. 21.1 crore. Registration documents reveal that they purchased two flats on consecutive floors. The total carpet area of the two flats is around 4,222.7 square feet, while the total built-up area exceeds 4,568 square feet. The flats come with six car parking spaces. The registration took place on March 21, with Rs. 1.26 crore stamp duty and Rs. 30,000 registration fee paid. The Godrej Sky Terrace project is spread over 1.05 acres and includes 3BHK and 4BHK flats. The average price per square foot in this project is Rs. 52,433. Deonar is a residential area in East Mumbai, located near Chembur in the Mumbai Suburban district. It is well connected by key roads such as the Chembur Railway Station, Mumbai Monorail, Eastern Express Highway, and the Sion-Panvel Expressway.
