Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s sister, Alka Bhatia Hiranandani, wife of real estate developer Surendra Hiranandani, has purchased two luxury flats in the Juhu area of Mumbai for Rs 72 crores. She bought a flat on the fifth floor of the Prime Beach CHSL project in Vile Parle West for Rs 45 crores, and another flat on the sixth floor for Rs 27 crores.
These flats come with ten car parking spaces. The total built-up area is 5,240 square feet, with a price of Rs 1.37 lakhs per square foot.
