Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who has been balancing her life between India and Los Angeles, has sold four apartments in Mumbai. The four luxury apartments, located in the Andheri West area, were sold for Rs 16.17 crore. These apartments are part of the Oberoi Sky Gardens project. Three of the flats are on the 18th floor, and one is on the 19th floor of the project located in the Khandwala Complex.
One of the three apartments on the 18th floor, with an area of 1075 square feet, was sold for Rs 3.45 crore, and the buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 17.26 lakh. This apartment also comes with a car parking space. The second apartment, with an area of 885 square feet, was sold for Rs 2.85 crore, and the stamp duty paid was Rs 14.25 lakh. This also includes a car parking space. A combined apartment on the 18th and 19th floors, with an area of 1100 square feet, was sold for Rs 3.52 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 21.12 lakh.
The fourth apartment, a duplex, is also located on the 18th and 19th floors. It has an area of 1985 square feet and was sold for Rs 6.35 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 31.75 lakh. This apartment comes with two car parking spaces. The registrations for these apartments were completed on the 3rd of this month.
In 2024, Priyanka Chopra’s family rented out a bungalow in Pune’s Koregaon Park to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited for Rs 2 lakh per month. Additionally, in 2023, she sold two penthouses in the Lokhandwala complex, each with an area of 2,292 square feet, for Rs 6 crore. After marrying American singer Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra moved to Los Angeles in 2018.
