If the customers prefer a bigger house, they have to invest Rs 1.15 crore to buy a 2400 sft house built on a 150 square yards site.
However, they would have to invest up to Rs 1.30 crore to own a G+1 structure on 175 square yards site with a total plinth area of 2500 sft. To own house on a 200-square yard site, they would have to invest up to Rs 1.50 crore. If people prefer to own a house in a corner plot, they can build shops to earn monthly rental income.
