A landlord in Miyapur has plans to build 52-storey skyscrapers in Miyapur area of Hyderabad city. Therefore, he is understood to have applied to secure necessary permissions from the civic body. As per the sources of Real Estate Guru, the land lord planned to build 10 towers on a nine-acre site on Miyapur-Bachupally road. He is likely to give the land for development duly obtaining necessary permissions.
The people of the Miyapur area of the city have been appealing to the government to undertake road widening first before allowing new construction projects are given clearance. Otherwise, they are likely to develop animosity towards the government. As of now, RV Sai Vanamali, Vertex Virat, Candeur 40, Candeur 45, Urban Rise Cloud 33 high-rise buildings construction activity is under way on Miyapur-Bachupally road. Several minor projects are under execution in Miyapur, JP Nagar, Bachupally, Nizampet, Mallampet areas. In all, over 20,000 flats are under construction in Miyapur and its surrounding areas. As a result, hectic traffic congestion is taking place daily from morning to evening posing problems to children going to schools and to the office-goers.
The traffic problems would compound if 52-storey high-rise structure construction activity were to begin in the area. That is why the locals demand the civic authorities to undertake road widening works prior to according permission to new projects. Therefore, it was high-time the government undertook Miyapur-Bachupally road widening works on an urgent basis before it gives permissions to new projects.
