First IP, then pre-launch sales.. What’s next?

Subramaniam, MD of Bhuvanteja Infra, has never built apartments in the past. He had only sold plots in Parijata Developers. But, he has been selling flats for just Rs 16 lakhs in Shamirpet. The authorities must probe as to when this person, who does not even know the ratio of cement and steel in the construction of flats, has been posing as a builder and selling flats in the pre-launch schemes. The officials must investigate since when he has been paying GST and uncover the amount collected from innocent buyers.They should also inquire about his promises to buyers – how many people were promised apartments, amount paid, current construction status of these projects, and others. The officials should also investigate how much GST has been paid so far on the money collected from the buyers. The government should take all precautions to prevent another scam like Sahithi and Jaya Group from happening in the city.

It is learnt that Subramaniam of Bhuvanteja Infra company had previously put an IP in Rajahmundry. He came to Hyderabad after sometime and sold plots under Parijata Developers. Later, he came to know about the pre-launch schemes and started collecting money from innocent people in the name of low-priced flats in Shamirpet. Many people are now running to the Bhuvanateja company office, demanding that their money should be returned as they no longer believe that he will provide quality apartments on time tomorrow. Some of them are gearing up to file a case at the police station. The government should focus on the aspect that since when Subramaniam started construction of these apartments and when will he complete them. If needed, it should extend support to people who are duped by him.
