Credai Hyderabad is of the opinion that no matter which government comes to power in the upcoming elections to be held in the state, the development of Hyderabad will continue to progress. In a recent press conference held in Hyderabad, the president of the association, Rajasekhar Reddy, said that the government that wins the elections should develop Hyderabad. It has been revealed that around 1 lakh units were sold in the city last year. He opined that there is a high possibility that the number will increase this year. He said that the prices of flats in West Hyderabad are increasing due to rising land prices, but the prices of houses in other areas are still affordable. Chief Secretary Jagannath Rao said that the increase in prices is not a good aspect for the builders.
Need of transportation facility…
There is no shortage of land in Hyderabad. Wherever you go, you will find a place. Moreover, an outer ring road has been developed around the city. Plans are being made to develop a new regional ring road. However, why are people unable to buy houses in Hyderabad? In areas where land rates are low, even if houses are built by developers, people are reluctant to buy flats there. Because it can be said that the main reason is the lack of infrastructure in those areas, another reason can be attributed to the lack of habitable conditions there.
Moreover, it can be said that a solid transport system has not been developed connecting Hyderabad to the suburbs. Due to this reason, a large percentage of people are taking a step back from living in the suburbs. It is known that people migrate from rural areas to towns and from there to cities. Telangana builders want a government that focuses on development with balance in this order. The construction sector needs buyers. The government should provide the infrastructure and civic facilities required by those buyers. Only then will people go to the suburbs to buy their own houses.
The new association of Credai Hyderabad informed that they will work to protect the benefits of the construction sector in Hyderabad.
