This company is claiming that the commercial space is located in the Wipro Circle, but they add a “conditions apply” disclaimer. They insist that the investment of 54 lakh should be made through full payment, not a bank loan, and only those who invest in this manner are eligible for this “bumper offer.” Therefore, anyone seeing such advertisements should not fall for these scams.
