In an exclusive chat with us, Priyamani opened up about how would she like to build her dream home. But much before that, let us tell you — the recent overhaul of the golden visa rules in the UAE has led to an increase in demand for luxury residences, and the actress is one of them who has opted for a home in Dubai. This news made us filled with so much of excitement! She revealed to us,
“It’s sheer hard-work of two partners who bond so well that made us buy a home of our own even in Dubai city. Bankable location, strong investment, capital growth, and laws were some of our key factors to opt Dubai city. It’s a 1.5 bedroom apartment and the playful wind swishing in and out filling up our space with freshness and dwelling in an ultra-spacious apartment surrounded by the comforts that life can offer there. Also, another reason for us to choose this apartment there was the accessibility towards the airport, wallah just seven minutes of travelling and you reach the airport.” Sounds like an ideal flat, right!
The signature style of Priyamani’s Dubai home is it’s depth — “High ceilings, luxurious balcony & ample privacy is what I like there.” She promisee asthetics there. She continued, “Clean lines, simple color palettes and unadorned surfaces is what I like. I don’t want people bumping onto my furniture (she laughs). Instill a sense of calm, harmony, and spirituality in interior spaces. I am not having a strict color palette too.” Different people have different aspirations and each person has their own set of needs pertaining to which different types of home suit them. Villas suit the Virata Parvam actress — because of the niche living. It speaks volumes about her lifestyle! “Nonetheless, an ideal home for me at it’s first priority would be with my dear ones around me. More specific, would prefer a four bhk but strictly not too cluttered with furniture. Just lend a hand to symbol of luxury and sophistication.”

Adding more factors to it, she tells, “Enhancing the essence of your apartment with positivity, peace and tranquillity are just some of the primal advantages for me. Sea view would be a cherry on the cake! My home should translate to ample personal space for every member. It should authentically reflect your flair without boundaries.”
