The Prestige Estates profits are up. In the first quarter of 2022, it earned a profit of Rs 204.9 crore, registering a four-fold increase. During April-June of this year, the total revenue of the company was put at Rs 2,011.8 crore compared to Rs 1,418 crore earned during the corresponding period last year.
During the first quarter of this year, it sold 2,564 units which translate to 28 units a day, the company said in a release. The gross borrowings of the firm are put at Rs 3,919 crore. It said that it launched four new projects during the first quarter. Prestige Group Chairman and MD Irfan Razack described the performance of the company as top-level. The company is looking forward to launching more projects in various regions and segments, he said, adding that it will improve sales further and develop the organization further.
