All the precautions will be taken to ensure that the residents of My Home Avatar, the largest gated community in Telugu states, do not face any problems, said Ravindra Chary the president of My Home Avatar gated community. He was recently elected as the new president in My Home Avatar gated community.
Speaking exclusively to Real Estate Guru (REG), Ravindra Chary said that the first task before them is to manage the existing facilities in the community in a better manner. He said that CBRE is managing the facilities in My Home Avatar. By choosing the right technicians who provide various services through CBRE, they can ensure that the residents do not face any problems. He said that many people bring their problems to his attention while walking in the community every morning and evening.
“While there are 10 towers in total, each tower has more than 290 flats and has been entrusted to a supervisor per tower. Further, plans are afoot to appoint a secretary for each tower,” he said. He said that new committees are being formed specially for better management. An audit committee, vendor committee, health committee and an advisory body with senior citizens will be formed. “We thought that there should be a division of work to better manage the facilities in such a large community,” he said, adding that efforts were being made to get full control over the management of the apartment.
