The Telangana RERA Authority has responded to the article written by RegNews.in on the Buildox Pre Launch Scheme. A recent notice has been issued to Buildox, which is engaged in pre-launch activities. The RERA authority has recently revealed that they had issued a show cause notice based on an article in RegNews.in. However, the reply given by Buildox was found to be unsatisfactory. So, the latest notice was issued on Tuesday, RERA member secretary P. Yadireddy said in a press release and he ordered to reply in fifteen days. He warned that issuing advertisements and conducting marketing programs by real estate companies without RERA registration is prohibited under the ‘RERA’ Act. He said that after taking permission from GHMC, HMDA, DTCP, UDA and other local bodies, they should release advertisements, sell flats, otherwise strict action will be taken as per RERA Act.

RERA has issued a show cause notice to Ananta Vanasthali Hills, which is carrying out a real estate project without RERA permission in Thattiannaram, Amberpet Municipality. A Notice was given to the project of Go Green Group, which is issuing advertisements of few projects in Hyderabad without obtaining RERA registration.
