Our new interviewee for the exclusive segment PRAGATI SHRIVASTAVA, the leading lady of recently released PEDDA KAPU 1 is hearing some terrific response. As her show was sold out in no time, we tried looking beyond her celebrity status & take a sneek-peek into her childhood residence memories, some bold choices, the main factors to look out for in the heroine’s dream home and so much more.
This segment actually comes with accuracy for the actress who will next be seen starring opposite ANAND DEVERAKONDA, for the reason she explains to us exclusively, “I just bought my own home in JAMSHEDPUR. Or let me just para-phrase it for you: was made a compulsion to put up financially (she giggles). Since God has been kind—we made this property for my parents. They will live there! I was born in AYODHYA and half of our lives we have been living in a joint family in the ancestral bungalow. It was a riot with cousins, especially the lawn we had.” The artwork in her new home defines telugu heroine’s space creating narratives for her guests. “Oh, I love all things art. Adding a little bit of my country makes it modern in my eyes. Why not? It was hard for me to know where do I start from, gradually, it became an exciting process,” shared the GAM GAM GANESHA leading lady.
As mentioned earlier in the interview, she’s grown up in a bungalow so that’s her obvious choice. So the MANU CHARITRA fame pursues our exclusive interaction saying, “It had become an observance for me to water the plants everyday. But to me be it a bungalow or anything else, what should follow is culture. I am proud of my ethnic heritage a lot! So I expect elements of my culture in my new home. I would love to celebrate it with pomp. Looking for some lucky finds. Don’t they say that culture and the shadows of our elderly will of course shed warmth in your house?” Well said Pragati! Next upon, the actress goes on, “I really am eyeing on more space for myself in this new home.
I don’t want the city living dictating me in Jamshedpur home. We are visualising plans after plans. Even the parking space really matters to us. But something very special that has struck my mind is a timeless look with the help of glass. When I wake up every morning, I want to wake up in a glass room. Sun shining through my room! I am definitely going to hang a crystal sun-catcher. It’s trending. And it’s going to be deciding the colors of the wall.” Its the island kitchen that is going to elevate the look of my home and the love of her mother for cooking. Oh she admitted how it eases her mother’s cooking woes!
Bonding time is everyone’s favourite so why not bond over a cup of tea but in the roomy lawn of Pragati. She wants some blooming flower beds and an attractive backyard. That’s her landscaping idea for an intimate time! “I am hoping to construct another home in HYDERABAD due to work purposes. But the day I am immensely secure financially i’ll also be putting up a dream home in KERALA. If overseas, immensely popular, then the South of FRANCE.
