Focus on Rs. 250 crore revenue

After selling its FMCG business, Raymond Group aims to achieve a revenue of Rs. 250 crore through real estate ventures. Under the leadership of Gautam Hari Singhania, the Raymond Group plans to earn this amount through the development of land bank in Thane. The Raymond Group owns vast acres of land in Thane, including an area of 11.8 million square feet approved by RERA for carpet area. Currently, development activities are underway on 40 acres of land, with projects worth Rs. 90 crore in progress. Additionally, there are opportunities for projects worth Rs. 160 crore. Consequently, Raymond hopes to achieve a total revenue of Rs. 250 crore. Singhania revealed that Raymond Group is expanding into lifestyle, real estate, and engineering sectors.
