Eris Life Managing Director Amit Bakshi acquired a luxury flat in Mumbai’s Worli area. He bought a readily constructed super luxury sea view apartment for Rs 61 crore. In the skyscraper built by Oasis Realty of Oberoi Realty group, he bought a 6450-sft flat on the 46th floor of the high-rise building.
The deal was billed as one of the richest deals in the acquisition of residential properties. He paid Rs 3.66 crore towards the stamp duty. The deal was successfully concluded on Sept 6. Bakshi got three car parking slots as part of the deal. Earlier, in the same high-rise building, Dabeerwala family company IGE bought two super luxury sea view apartments in the 42nd and 43rd floors for Rs 151 crore.
