Divee Labs’ Neelima buys Two properties worth Rs. 80 cr

Divi Labs’ Neelima Prasad Divi, daughter of Prasad Divi have acquired two properties in Hyderabad for Rs. 80 crore. They purchased a property in Jubilee Hills with 12 storeys for Rs. 40 crore. The property was bought from Srinivas Prasad, Surya Kamal Prasad, and Sathya Chandra Prasad.

They also acquired another property with 12 storeys, located in an expanded area, for Rs. 40 crores, from M Surya Kamal Prasad. Demand for purchased properties has been steadily increasing in cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi over the past two years.
