ASBL has announced in a press release that it has launched a new project called LOFT in the Financial District. According to the details disclosed by the company, this project will be built on 4.92 acres of land. All it comes with are triple-bedroom flats. The construction will be completed in December 2026. Incircles Arena, a construction management software that will help you plan, collect, assess, and analyse data at your fingertips, and a ‘digital twin’ technology, will speed up the project. A 22,000-sq-ft (including a 5,000-sq-ft crèche) well-appointed childcare facility with great attention to detail is also being planned. Various fitness facilities, including a gymnasium, calisthenics studio, and badminton courts, are planned in an area of over 30,000 sq ft. Additionally, the LOFT is also home to a WFH-friendly co-working space (5,500 square feet). It incorporates the principles of ‘biophilic design’, a philosophy that focuses on the integration of nature and architecture. Speaking on the occasion, ASBL CEO Ajitesh Korupulu said, “Understanding that child care, fitness, work-life balance, and reconnecting with nature are important issues of modern lifestyle, we have started the LOFT project.”
