Aparna Constructions has initiated a new mall and multiplex in Nallagandla. It’s named Aparna Mall. Spread across approximately 3.67 acres with 3.5 lakh square feet of built-up area, this mall and multiplex has been constructed. Aparna takes pride in this sole mall located about fifteen kilometers away from Nallagandla. Aparna has invested around ₹252 crores in this project, and the company has pledged not to invest more than ₹32 crores in Aparna Cinemas.
Aparna Niyo, the company, has been instrumental in providing services to families in the surrounding areas, catering to about fifteen to twenty-five thousand families in the nearby neighborhoods. Aparna Cinemas can accommodate approximately fifteen hundred to two thousand seats. Speaking on this occasion, the company’s director, Rakesh Reddy, revealed plans to start four more new malls in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
