Another high-value deal has occurred in the Mumbai real estate market. A luxury apartment in Worli has been sold for Rs 68 crores. Another expensive deal in Mumbai Babulal Verma, the promoter of Onkar Realtors, purchased a luxury apartment in the Four Seasons Private Residences in Worli for Rs 68 crores.

The apartment spans 5,291 square feet, with a 310-square-foot balcony. The apartment was sold by Providence Land Private Limited, which developed serviced apartments under the Four Seasons Private Residences banner. The registration of the property took place on March 6. The price per square foot amounted to Rs 1.29 lakh. For registration, a stamp duty of Rs 3.42 crores and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 were paid. Onkar Realtors has been involved in several slum rehabilitation projects across the city.
