Prestige secures second position
In the September quarter, Aparna Constructions & Estates maintained its dominance in the Hyderabad residential real estate market. The company recorded 625 unit sales and earned a revenue of Rs 510 crore during the July-September period. Additionally, branded developers like Prestige and Brigade entered the Top-10 Developer list in recent quarters, as per a report by Square Yards.
The Prestige Group secured second place with 214 residential registrations and Rs 334 crore in sales value. The report highlighted strong demand for projects offering connectivity to the Outer Ring Road, including Aparna Zenon in Khajaguda and Prestige Tranquil in Kokapet. These projects emerged as leaders in both transaction volume and sales value in Hyderabad during the September quarter.
The report also provided insights into Hyderabad’s micro-markets. It noted that the Western Suburbs emerged as the most active region with a 45% share of the total transactions in the quarter. Hyderabad East had a 17% share. In terms of sales value, the Western Micro-Market held a dominant 56% share, while East and Central accounted for 12% and 11%, respectively. The Western Suburbs also continued to lead in terms of average transaction size, with the highest average transaction value recorded at Rs 76 lakh.
