Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan’s mother, Amrita Singh, has purchased an apartment in Juhu, Mumbai. The 2,260-square-foot ready-to-move luxury apartment was bought for Rs 18 crore. Located on the fourth floor of the Nutan Laxmi Co-operative Housing Society Limited, in the JVP Scheme area of Juhu Ville Parle, this luxury flat was registered on February 14. The registration involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 90 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The price per square foot works out to Rs 66,350. Along with the apartment, two car parking spaces were also included in the deal.
She purchased this apartment from Vaishali Srikant Bhatt and Srikant Srinivas Bhatt. Juhu is a prominent area in Mumbai, home to several Bollywood celebrities, producers, and directors, including Varun Dhawan and Amitabh Bachchan. The area boasts several sea-facing apartments and bungalows, with property prices ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000 per square foot. Recently, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his family bought two luxury apartments worth Rs 86.92 crore in Juhu in January.
