Rajasekhar Reddy, the new president of Credai Hyderabad, said that the construction sector in Hyderabad has been developing significantly in the last four to five years. He was speaking at a press conference organised in the city to introduce the new executive committee of Credai Hyderabad, which won the recent elections. He said that the rise in land prices would not benefit the builders. He said that the construction of skyscrapers in Hyderabad has gained momentum. That’s why we will focus more on improving the skills of the workers. He said that they are ready to spend their own funds, consult international consultants, and make good proposals in the design of master plans for the city, and they will submit them to the government after completion. We provide support to help you realise your dream of owning a home. RERA has increased the quality of construction, he said.

On this occasion, General Secretary Jagannath Rao said that some people portray developers as bad people in society, but we will work hard to change that way of thinking. He explained that the builders face various problems when constructing apartments; however, they overcome all the tides effectively. He said that building apartments is not an easy task. It is wrong to assume that all builders are bad. He said that this time we will work to improve the skills of the workers. He said that we will make efforts to complete the construction work by applying modern knowledge. As a result, the buyers will be able to get the flats on time.

Credai President Elect Jaideep Reddy said that new changes will take place in Credai, Hyderabad, between 2023 and 2025. This time, builders from all zones are represented in the new committee, he said. On the one hand, although the construction sector is developing, new problems are emerging, and there is a need to overcome them effectively. In this regard, we will work together with the government and the higher authorities. He said that Satyanarayana has been appointed as the chairman of the RERA department. He said that they will work hard for the next two years to solve the major problems faced by the construction sector.
Vice President Pradeep Reddy said, “Experienced senior developers along with young builders expressed the hope that they will take Credai Hyderabad to the next level.” Kothapalli Rambabu said, “Last year, we stood first in the construction of commercial space. We will all work hard to do good work.”
Treasurer Manoj Agarwal spoke about the journey of Credai Hyderabad. He said that this association was formed only after knowing thoroughly about the 35 builders. He said that he is a pounding member of the community. He said that he was happy that he got the opportunity to work for the association this time. He said that if there are any problems in the construction sector, they will work together with the government to solve them.
Joint Secretary Kranthi Kiran Reddy said that in the last nine years, elections were not held for Credai Hyderabad. Moreover, it is not a nominated body. He said that due to this, new youth came into the association. He said that whichever new government comes into power, the same development will continue. He opined that many towns and mandals in Telangana are close to Hyderabad. Therefore, if Hyderabad grows, the rest of the regions will develop similarly.
