The demand for paid guest accommodation and student hostels is increasing across the country as lakhs of people reach towns and cities either to pursue higher education or for the purpose of finding work.
They incline towards securing admission to PG accommodation facilities. As a result, demand for such facilities is on the rise in towns and cities.
These facilities offer all amenities under one roof, and their location close to educational institutions is pushing up their demand. Mingling with people of the same age group, offering modern amenities, the availability of better transport amenities, and getting support in daily activities are some of the factors attracting the youth to stay in hostels. They prefer to live in hostels instead of sharing rooms with four or five others. As a result, the demand for paid guest accommodations is on the rise in metropolitan cities.
