The water which is a free natural resource now packaged and sold. Rs 82, 600 crore worth bottled warer is sold each year. This is growing at a rate of 14.03 percent between 2022 and 2030. India consumes about five liters of bottled water per person per year. Approximately 9,200 crore liters of water are sold each year. Around 150 registered brands are being bottled in over 6000 locations across India.
