The memory chip making firm Micron Technology has taken 10.43 lakh Sft of office space on lease in Hyderabad. The company took on lease a G+16 storey building for a period of 10 years with a monthly rent of Rs 6.8 crore in Phoenix Aquila project at GachiBowli. On May 2, the company entered into the lease agreement to pay a rent of Rs 65 per Sft. It even deposited Rs 40.69 crore to conduct the transaction. As part of the agreement, the company gets access to the 1430 parking lots.
