The fraudulent realtors have become emboldened in city with each passing day. Apart from selling plots and flats in illegal ventures, they are forcing gullible buyers to buy such plots and flats with the help of brochures that carried the logo of the HMDA. What action did the HMDA contemplate against such fraudsters? Why the HMDA, which is razing illegal structures for the past several days, is not nipping in the bud such illegal ventures and constructions?
Did razing illegal structures to ground when the construction has progressed half and after people have bought flats or villas not amount to wasting national wealth? Therefore, the HMDA should take action against such fraudulent promoters not later but quite early.
