Deutsche Bank seized the property after Seven Star Satellite Private Limited and others failed to pay the dues of Rs 12.89 crore within the stipulated 60 days. The bank announced that it will be auctioned under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act of 2002.
