Monthly Rent: Rs 20.5 lakh
B-town actor Shahid Kapoor has rented out his apartment. Located in Oberoi Realty’s 360 West in Worli, Mumbai, the apartment spans 5,395 square feet of carpet area. Shahid and his wife Mira Kapoor purchased the property for Rs 58.6 crore in May this year. Recently, they rented out the apartment for Rs 20.5 lakh per month on a five-year lease.
According to the agreement, the rent, which starts at Rs 20.5 lakh, will gradually increase to Rs 23.98 lakh over the five-year term. A security deposit of Rs 1.23 crore was taken. Additionally, the agreement stipulates that no rent will be charged for the first ten months.
According to Square Yards, the gross rental yield on this property is estimated to be between 4% and 5%.
