Aditya Kedia Realtors stated that all A A the allegations made by Dr. Lubna Sarwath about encroaching on the Musi river and building a project are based on Google Earth, NRS C-Map official KML data. However, it is not clearly specified which official KML information is being referred to. They also revealed that it is unclear which alignment Dr. Lubna is referring to. Generally, to know the official riverbed alignment related to any water resource, one must refer to the Revenue Village map. If one needs to see the Maximum Flooding Level related to the river, the Irrigation Department will officially certify it. Before deciding on river encroachment, Dr. Lubna Sarwath has not reviewed the official information, the statement clarified.

“Aditya Kedia Realtors clarified that all their constructions in the Musi river vicinity are in compliance. and there have been no violations of regulations. They stated that itis not appropriate for environmentalist Dr. Lubna Sarwath to make accusations without considering the facts. It is well known that she has been raising concerns about encroachments along the Musi riverbanks. Recently, she wrote a letter to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, urging immediate action against those encroachments and industrial pollution. In response to these accusations. Aditya Kedia Realtors emphasised that there have been no violations of regulations in their project.”

In this case, officials from the Revenue and Irrigation Departments have thoroughly inspected the site and granted an NOC (No Objection Certificate) to HMDA to approve the proposals. Only after that HMDA approve the building construction plan.

The construction is being carried out in accordance with the approved plan, as reiterated. Aditya Kedia Realtors revealed that in the past, due to similar allegations made by some individuals, HMDA had withdrawn its approvals. However, they challenged this in the Telangana High Court, and based on the court’s orders, HMDA reinstated the approvals For this, thorough inspections were conducted once again with the Revenue and Irrigation Department officials. They informed that all these reports are available with HMDA and the relevant departments.

Aditya Kedia Realtors stated that Dr. Lubna should have reviewed the reports before making severe accusations based on false and incorrect information They expressed that as an educator, Dr. Lubna should have been more careful before making such allegations. They urged her to understand the harm such baseless accusations can cause to the project and the company’s reputation. The company requested not to consider unauthorised boundaries when attempting to tarnish a company’s name. These kinds of accusations are highly objectionable. They have firmly rejected them and stated that if necessary, they will legally fight against such individuals for compensation. Aditya Kedia Realtors clarified that construction activities are only taking place within the boundaries determined by the Revenue and Irrigation Department officials.

Aditya Kedia Realtors criticised Dr. Lubna Sarwath, stating that officials had requested the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the construction of retaining walls along the Musi river to prevent flooding beyond the river boundaries. They mentioned that it is still in the study phase and that legal support for implementation on the ground is not yet clear. However, Dr. Lubna Sarwath has irresponsibly claimed that there are encroachments on the Musi project boundary, which extends into private lands across the Musi river, and she is demanding action against constructions that were carried out legally with the permission of the relevant authorities.
