The typical course of action when families expand and their needs for space change is to trade one house for another, but the Telugu phenomenon from SPY, starring Nikhil, has some different ideas. SANYA THAKUR said to us in an exclusive dream home segment, “I haven’t bought a home yet, but I think I will soon. My earliest childhood recollections are of our first home, where my parents, sister, and I lived in abundance. The finest feature was a single window and a shared playground where everyone used to congregate and have fun. Additionally, we used to take Indian jujube plants and consume them in secret. I too used to adore the terrace.”
“I envision a tiny, lovely home full of plants and flowers with a small garden area leading to a small terrace,” #spygirl goes on. “Rich décor doesn’t appeal to me. It is basic and green, which I enjoy. The presence of greenery and some open space makes me feel fantastic; in my opinion, an open area is far more essential than opulent décor.”
We spoke with the SUPER 30 fame, who featured with Hrithik Roshan, and she revealed more. She added, “Since Shahrukh has stated that he is from Delhi, we have an idea of home, which is a bungalow. In addition, I’d want a bungalow with a garden where I may be a gardener and adorn my house with lots of inside plants and well-lit areas.”
Miss Thakur additionally states, “One house will be in Mumbai and the other one in Rishikesh because my mom is in love with that place and Mumbai for me because I have spent most of my life here till now. I can’t live anywhere else other than Mumbai.”
“Obviously, I don’t want a building in front of my open space. I want open spaces with optimal natural illumination. A large bathroom and kitchen, as well as an open area like a garden, are the areas where I spend the majority of my time. I recently saw Pankaj Tripathi’s home, and I’m in love. It provides a sense of northern home. I want a house like that—simple but exquisite with large windows and a baramda (a porch),” added actress Sanya Thakur.
In the interview, the actress also reiterated that she’s doing well right now after COVID, but cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore are struggling. One feels as though they are paying LA prices, especially in Mumbai. It is necessary to normalise the hype! Additionally, middle-class families are either not dreaming of owning a home at all or, if they are, they are winding up footing 90% of the tab because real estate is increasing so quickly everywhere. It’s challenging, but what can we do? We live in a highly developed nation with high standards of living. Thus, we must prosper, she feels.
