Ad monitoring with AI

Maha RERA said that artificial intelligence (AI) will be used to identify advertisements that are published without RERA’s registration number and QR code. For this, it will work with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI). Maha RERA has entered into an agreement with ASCI to protect the interests of home buyers. According to this, if anyone advertises without a Maha RERA registration number or QR code, they will be identified through artificial intelligence. After that, they will take it to Maha RERA. A core group will be formed for this purpose. According to the rules, developers have to give commercial advertisements only after registering the project with Maha RERA. The QR code has also been made mandatory in those advertisements. If someone gives ads without both of these, Rera will identify them with AI and take action against the respective developer.
