Two developers in Telangana have been served notices by Telangana RERA for not registering their projects in violation of regulations. Recently, Hastin Realty and Sonesta Infrastructures were issued show-cause notices. Hastin Realty is selling plots in Brussels Project in Kadthal Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Sonesta Infrastructures has been cautioned for violations in Gachibowli.
Both entities have been issued notices by RERA. Representatives of the two companies must appear before RERA within weeks. RERA laws dictate that every promoter must correctly register their projects with RERA. Failure to register may lead to restrictions on business disclosures, marketing, sale of plots, or offers to consumers.
