TS RERA issued notices to 13 real estate companies for selling plots and flats without RERA permission. Along with this, RERA has cracked the whip against the agents who violated the rules. The recent showcause notices were issued to Neemsboro Group, Excellence Properties, Prestige Group, Sanali Group, Urban Yards, Happy Dream Homes, Virata Developers, Rivendell Farms, Kavuri Hills, Seven Hills, Buildax Real Estate, and Sumadhura Infra projects, which are selling without RERA permission.
RERA sent a notice to JB Infra Project for not mentioning the RERA registration number in their advertisements despite acquiring one. TS RERA has taken action on several agents who are conducting real estate business advertisements and other activities without being registered with RERA. Happy Dreams Project agent, Virata Developers agent David Raju, Urban Yards agent Lakshminarayana, Seven Hills agent J. Venkatesh, and others were issued showcause notices by RERA.
* Real estate companies and agents should display the RERA registration number properly in their business advertisements (print, electronic, and social media); otherwise, it will be a violation of RERA rules, TS RERA Chief N Satyanarayana said. He suggested that the buyers should buy only those that are approved by RERA to avoid any fraud.
