Apco Infra has purchased in the Dilip Kumar Legend project in Mumbai
Apco Infratech, a highway and urban infrastructure developer, has purchased a triplex flat for Rs 172 crore in a project located in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. This acquisition was made in “The Legend” project, which is being developed on the site where the late actor Dilip Kumar used to live. The flat spans 9,527 square feet and is located on the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors of this 11-story luxury sea-view apartment building.
The project is being constructed by Black Rock, a company under the Ashar Group. The development includes luxury apartments with 4 and 5 bedrooms, as well as duplexes. Additionally, a 2,000-square-foot Dilip Kumar Museum will be set up on the ground floor.
For this purchase, Rs 9.3 crore was paid as stamp duty, and Rs 30,000 was paid for registration charges. The transaction has been confirmed by the Ashar Group. In March 2016, Dilip Kumar entered into a development agreement with the Ashar Group. The project, covering a total area of 1.75 lakh square feet, is expected to be completed by 2027.
