Actress and model Gauhar Khan has purchased three apartments in Versova, Mumbai. These flats, located in the Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society Limited, were bought for Rs 10.13 crores. The total carpet area of the three apartments is 3,497 square feet. Two of these apartments, located on the 14th and 15th floors of the building, are registered in the names of Gauhar Khan and her husband Zaid Darbar.
The carpet area of these two apartments is 2,393 square feet, and the cost is Rs 7.33 crores. The third apartment, which has a carpet area of 1,104 square feet, is registered only in Gauhar Khan’s name and costs Rs 2.80 crores. For the three apartments, they paid Rs 57.95 lakh as stamp duty and a Rs 60,000 registration fee. Gauhar Khan received a 1% stamp duty concession for female homebuyers, as offered by the Maharashtra government. The three apartments come with three car parking spaces. The flats were purchased from an individual named Kishore Patel.
According to Square Yards Project Data Intelligence, between February 2024 and January 2025, five transactions with a gross value of Rs 14 crores were recorded in Shiv Kutir. Currently, the average resale property price in this project is Rs 25,387 per square foot. Versova, located in the western suburbs of Mumbai, is a significant hub for commercial and entertainment centres. It is well-connected with transportation infrastructure, including the metro. Many Bollywood celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan, reside in areas like Versova, Lokhandwala, Khar, Juhu, and Bandra.
