IT Minister KTR has revealed that the Telangana Mobility Valley (TMV) aims to attract investments to the tune of Rs.50,000 crores in the next five years. Around four-lakh jobs will be created in Telangana, he said while speaking as part of the Hyderabad E-Mobility Week celebrations.Mobility Focused Cluster and Telangana Mobility Valley are being established in the state, he said adding that TMV is developing four mega clusters in Hyderabad.
EV manufacturing clusters are being developed at Zaheerabad and Sitarampur, Energy Storage System cluster at Divitipalli and Innovation cluster at Enkathala, he added. Investments of Rs.3 000 crores will flow to the state soon. It was revealed that these investments will strengthen Eco Systems for manufacturing electric 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler and charging devices in Telangana. Telangana Mobility Valley seeks to strengthen the activities of the respective companies in the fields of advanced cell chemistry, hydrogen fuel cells and research and development in auto engineering. KTR clarified that the Hyderabad E-Mobility Week will be organized regularly to bring the experts and global automotive eco system partners on one platform.
