Until August of this year, 25 of the most expensive ultra-luxury homes have been sold across four major cities in India, including Hyderabad. The total value of these transactions is Rs 2,443 crore. This includes two transactions in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad, each valued at Rs 80 crore. These details were released by real estate consultant Anarock.
The highest number of sales were recorded in Mumbai, with 21 units amounting to Rs 2,200 crores. In Bengaluru, a transaction worth Rs 67.5 crore was noted. Gurugram saw the sale of an ultra-luxury villa valued at Rs 95 crore, while Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata have not recorded any such transactions this year.
Among the 25 ultra-luxury home sales recorded this year, nine properties had individual values exceeding Rs 100 crore. In 2023, 10 such transactions have been noted so far. Overall, 61 ultra-luxury homes worth Rs 4,456 crore have been sold throughout the year.
